Apply now for a scholarship to attend the 14th Annual NC Philanthropy Conference at the Benton Convention Center in Winston Salem, North Carolina on August 30, 2018.  This year’s conference has a focus on leadership topics such as: Young Leader Engagement, Emerging Philanthropy and Philanthropic Opportunities, Engaging Corporate Leadership and Foundation Funders View of Leadership.

The AFP North Carolina Triad Chapter Conference Scholarship covers the $135 registration fee. (Early Bird Registration-AFP Member fee)

Criteria for Scholarship Applicants:

  • Must be a current AFP North Carolina Triad member.
  • Demonstrate what impact you expect attending the Conference will have on your current fundraising roles and responsibilities.
  • Recipients be asked to provide testimony on the impact of the conference at an AFP Triad meeting and in Chapter publicity material.
  • Awards are based on the highest rated responses to the six questions on the application as scored by the AFP Triad Scholarship Committee.
