DESCRIPTION:


Meals on Wheels of Wake County (MOW-WC), one of the region’s most beloved nonprofits, seeks a senior leader to oversee fundraising, communications, and volunteer engagement.


Reporting to the Executive Director, this pivotal role leads a team of three full-time staff and contractors to generate $2.5 million+ annually from philanthropic sources and manage $1 million in volunteer contributions.


The Director will align fundraising and communications strategies with MOW-WC’s mission to nourish and strengthen the lives of seniors in Wake County. This highly collaborative and strategic position is ideal for a creative, results-driven professional passionate about community impact.
